Application for model aircraft exhibition Friedrichshafen 2025

Are you a private model aircraft builder or commercial exhibitor and would like to present your model to the general public at Faszination Modellbau Friedrichshafen from Oct. 31 – Nov. 2, 2025? Then apply! Here’s how: Simply fill out the application form below and upload a picture of your model.

Please fill in and send one application per model aircraft!

For delivery and collection, private model aircraft hobbyists (no commercial exhibitors) will be reimbursed a mileage allowance of € 0.25 per vehicle, 4 x one-way. Max. but 200,- €.

We would like to ask commercial exhibitors to enter their company name under “Association / Commercial Exhibitor”.

Each model aircraft exhibitor will receive two participant passes. Participant passes entitle the holder to free admission to the fair. If models are delivered in a trailer, it can be parked in a special parking area for the duration of the exhibition. The models should be delivered on Thursday, October 30, 2025 from 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the latest. Access to the exhibition grounds via TOR A is only possible upon payment of a deposit of € 50 per vehicle, which will be refunded to you upon exit.

Collection of the models on Sunday, November 02, 2025 after the end of the event from 5.30 pm.

Applications are possible until Monday, October 06, 2025!

After successful application you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by e-mail!

The final acceptance or rejection of your model will be made by October 10, 2025.
